Knights Announce Front Office Changes

The London Knights have announced several changes to their front office.

On Tuesday, the team confirmed that now-former Assistant General Manager Jake Goldberg has stepped down to become the director of hockey operations for the NHL's Arizona Coyotes. Goldberg began his career with the Knights in the scouting department before becoming assistant head scout/director of analytics and eventually assistant GM.

The team also announced the departure of Director of Marketing Geoffrey Hare, who had been with the organization for ten years.

Chris Drinkwater, who had been the Knights' group sales manager, has been promoted to the position of director of corporate sales, while Matt Gergely has been promoted to the position of director of marketing and game day. Replacing Drinkwater as group sales manager will be Paul Dermody.

The Knights also announced that Public Relations and Communications Manager Ryan Starr will be taking on the expanded role of director of branding and communications.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
