UPDATE: Severe Thunderstorm Warning Ends

Environment Canada has ended all severe thunderstorm watches and warnings for London-Middlesex and St. Thomas.

On Friday, meteorologists were tracking a cluster of severe thunderstorms that were moving southeast at 50 km/h.

Severe thunderstorms may be are capable of producing very strong wind gusts, up to nickel size hail and heavy rain.

London Hydro has also stated that around 1,517 customers are experiencing a power outage in the Oakridge area. Another 1,065 customers are without power in the Glen Cairn area.

According to Hydro One's outages map, power has been restored throughout the city.
