Ontario Provincial Police say the incident occurred around 12:40am Sunday in Perth South.
Police say a Silverado pickup truck was traveling in the area of Perth Line 29 and Perth Rd 134 when the vehicle somehow went off the roadway and crashed.
OPP have identified the driver as Thomas Hymers from Perth South.
The OPP Technical Collision Investigation Unit is trying to determine how the vehicle left the road.
