Police Need Help Identifying Suspects

Less than a week after an armed robbery at a south-end pharmacy, London police have released surveillance photos of two suspects.

Police were called to the drug store at 769 Southdale Rd. E. around 6pm on September 14 after two men walked in and demanded medication from the pharmacist. One of the men was armed with a firearm, according to police.

The men took off in a full-sized silver, four-door sedan with an undisclosed amount of prescription medication. No one was injured.

Police released photos of two suspects wanted in connection to the robbery on Tuesday.

The first suspect is described as white, around 30-years-old, approximately 5'9'', 160 lbs, with a slim build and short black hair. The other suspect is said to be white, approximately 5'6'', 150 lbs, with a medium build.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call police at 519-661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
