Motorcyclist Killed In Hwy. 59 Crash

Oxford OPP say a motorcycle driver was killed when his bike collided with a pick-up truck south of Norwich.

The collision happened on Hwy. 59 around 2pm Thursday. OPP say the motorcycle was going north on Hwy. 59 when it collided with a pick-up going east on Maple Dell Rd.

The motorcyclist was rushed to hospital, but died of his injuries. The pick-up driver wasn't hurt.

Police are still investigating the cause of the collision. Anyone with any information is asked to call Oxford OPP.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
