London police say the 68-year-old London woman was hit around 6:45am Wednesday. She was rushed to hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The collision happened on Wharncliffe about halfway between Baseline Rd. and Commissioners Rd.
Wharncliffe Rd. was closed for several hours as police investigated. It re-opened just after 11am.
At this point, no names have been released.
