One Night, Three Armed Robberies

London police are looking for suspects after three armed robberies overnight Thursday.

Two people, one with a weapon, robbed a business in the area of Clarke Rd. and Dundas St. around 8pm on Thursday but took off before officers arrived. There is no word on what was stolen.

Roughly an hour later, police were called to another robbery at a business in the area of Cheapside St. and Boullee St. Two suspects, one armed with a weapon, made off with a small amount of cash and cigarettes before officers arrived.

Then at 3:50am on Friday, a lone person walked into a business in the area of Jalna Blvd. and Chalkstone Dr., and pulled a weapon before taking off with a small amount of cash and lottery tickets.

No one was hurt in any of the three robberies.

The street crime unit is continuing to investigate the incidents and is asking anyone with information to call them at 519-661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
