The OPP are investigating after a man and woman approached children in St. Marys.
Police say on Tuesday, January 30 between 6pm and 6:40pm a man and woman in a car spoke with some children in the area of Elgin St. and Huron St. in St. Marys. The vehicle was a dark coloured, four-door van. According to police, the man spoke with a thick accent.
Police didn't say whether the man and woman tried to get any of the kids to get into the car. However, they are asking anyone with any information to call Perth OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Anonymous calls can also be made to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
