Lightning Strike River Lions 103-92

Garrett Williamson scored 18 points in the London Lightning's 103-92 win over Niagara Saturday night.

Four of London's starters scored in double-digits at Budweiser Gardens.

The win puts the Lightning in a tie with St. John's for the lead in the NBL Central Division with a 15-8 record.

The game was close in the first quarter with London holding a slight edge, then the Lightning pulled away to lead the River Lions 49-41 at halftime. That lead would help London throughout the second half.

Doug Herring Jr. added 17 points for the Lightning and Julian Boyd contributed 15. Ryan Anderson collected the game's only double-double by scoring ten points and leading in assists with ten.

Carl Hall had 15 points to lead Niagara. Samuel Muldrow scored 13 off the bench and Ronnie Johnson added 12. Devonta Pollard led in rebounds with six.
