Teens Face Child Pornography Charges

A 15-year-old boy and 18-year-old man are facing child pornography charges after a 14-year-old girl was secretly recorded performing a sex act.

Investigators with the St. Thomas police criminal investigations branch have released few details about the incident other than to say the girl was not aware she was being recorded at the time.

The teens were arrested Thursday. Both are charged with production of child pornography. The 15-year-old is additionally charged with one count of possession of child pornography.
