Police say it happened on Hwy. 19 between Hwy. 2 and Oxford County Rd. 74 in Zorra Township.
Shortly before 11pm on Friday, members of the Oxford County OPP, Oxford County Paramedic Services, and Thamesford Fire Department responded to the scene.
Police say the driver, who was the only occupant of the vehicle, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
