Teen Charged In Knife Attack

A 17-year-old St. Thomas boy is facing assault and weapons charges after police witnessed a knife attack.

Officers were in the area of Talbot St. and Inkerman St. around 11:15pm on Monday when they spotted the assault, according to St. Thomas police.

A knife was seized by officers and a 17-year-old was arrested.

The teenager is now charged with possession of weapons dangerous to the public peace, assault with a weapon, and underage drinking.

Fortunately, no one was injured during the assault.
