(BlackburnNews.com OPP file photo)Nearly two years after a 17-year-old girl spotted a man peering at her through a bathroom window, Oxford OPP have made an arrest.
The teen called police after noticing the man outside of her Cross St. home in Ingersoll around 8:45pm on September 7, 2016.
Following a lengthy investigation, police arrested a man in connection with the incident on March 25, 2018.
David Kamenar, 37, of Malahide Township is charged with voyeurism. He is scheduled to appear in court on the charge sometime this month.
