Warrant Issued For Dog Abuse Suspect

London police say an arrest warrant has been issued for a man accused of brutally assaulting a dog in east London.

Police launched an investigation after getting a complaint on May 17 from a concerned citizen who reporting seeing a man punching and kicking a dog. It happened outside a home in the area of Clarke Rd. and Wavell St. The attack was captured on surveillance video.

On Wednesday, police announced they have an arrest warrant for Kyle Langford, 28, of no fixed address. He is charged with willfully causing unnecessary pain to an animal.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
