Gunshots Fired In East London

London police are investigating after gunshots were fired in the east end of the city.

Officers responded to a report of gunshots in the area of Oxford St. E and Third St. on Sunday at around 4am. Police found multiple bullet casings on scene.

The investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made at this time. Investigators believe that this was not a random act.

No injuries or property damage have been reported and the firearm has not been recovered.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
