The Ontario Provincial Police say on Wednesday shortly before 5:30pm, a vehicle was travelling east on Hamilton Rd. between Breen Rd. and Putnam Rd., when it left the road and entered a ditch, causing the vehicle to roll.
The driver of the vehicle, an adult male, was rushed to hospital by ambulance with life threatening injuries.
Hamilton Rd. was closed between Breen Rd. and Putnam Rd. for several hours.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
