Senior Flashed On Trail

Police in Simcoe are looking for a man after a bizarre flashing incident on a local trail.

Norfolk OPP say a 74-year-old woman was walking along Lynn Valley Trail, near Argyle St. when she was approached by a man around 9:49am on Saturday. The man said "good morning" to the woman, then opened his jacket to expose his chest, which was modestly covered by a woman's bra.

The senior, who was startled by the encounter, left the area unharmed and called police.

Officers searched the area but were unable to find the man.

Police are looking for a man described as Caucasian, approximately 6'0" tall, with a darker complexion, a slim build, and dark hair. He was wearing a baseball hat, blue jeans, and a wine coloured jacket.

The incident has prompted police to issue a reminder to the public to always report suspicious behaviour by calling the non-emergency number at 1-888-310-1122.
