Charges Racked Up On Stolen Debit Card

St. Thomas police are looking for witnesses after a woman's debit card was stolen.

The card was stolen from a purse at the Metro grocery store. Police believe two male suspects approached the female both inside and outside of the store. One suspect created a distraction while police say the other stole the card from her purse.

The debit card was used multiple times after being stolen, racking up charges of more than $3,000.
