Rollover closes westbound Highway 402

A driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries after a pick-up truck crossed the median and rolled on Highway 402 just west of London.

Middlesex OPP said it happened around 11 a.m. near Carraige Road. According to police, the pickup was heading east when it went out of control and crossed into the westbound lanes, where it rolled onto its side. The driver, who was the only person in the vehicle, was taken to hospital.

Police closed the westbound lanes at Colonel Talbot Road for about an hour. They re-opened around noon.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
