Police, fire crews, and ambulance crews were called to Highway 24 between West Charlotteville Road Quarterline Road and Forestry Farm Road around 7:23 a.m. Friday. According to Norfolk OPP, a westbound vehicle went out of control, left the road, hit a culvert, went airborne, and came to rest in a ditch.
