Police seeking carjacking suspect

London police are looking for a suspect after a woman had her car stolen at knife-point.

Around 10 a.m. Tuesday, police were called to the area of Baseline Road and Cathcart Street after a woman reported her car stolen. According to police, a man approached the woman, pulled out a knife, and took her car. The vehicle was later found on Belgrave Avenue after the driver ran from the scene.

The woman wasn't hurt.

The suspect is described as male, Caucasian, thin build, in his 20s, with light brown hair and multiple tattoos. The suspect was believed to be wearing a dark-coloured sweater or hoodie.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
