OPP seeking armed robbery suspects

Provincial police in Middlesex County are looking for two people who robbed a variety store in Delaware.

The OPP said two men in a stolen pick-up truck went to the store on Longwoods Road just after 7 p.m. Tuesday. One of them went into the store and showed the clerk a weapon before escaping with an undisclosed amount of cash. The clerk wasn't hurt. Police did not say what kind of weapon was used.

The suspect was wearing a heavy black coat with camouflage sleeves and a hood that was drawn tightly around his face.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
