Million-dollar ticket sold in London

Someone in the London area may be sitting on a million-dollar lottery ticket and not realize it.

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) said two $1-million Maxmillions tickets were sold for Friday night's Lotto Max drawing. One was sold in Richmond Hill and the other in London. The OLG did not say exactly where in the London area the winning ticket was sold.

To check and see if you're the winner, go to the Winning Numbers page on the official OLG website, or on the OLG lottery app. If you think you are a winner, contact the OLG immediately by following the directions on the back of your ticket or on the website.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
