Colts edge Knights 3-2

The London Knights dropped a 3-2 decision to the Barrie Colts on Thursday.

The Colts scored just under nine minutes into the first period to take an early lead but Liam Foudy scored for London early in the second to tie the game. The tie was short-lived with Barrie scoring two back-to-back goals within the first seven minutes of the frame.

Adam Boqvist added a goal for London 8:02 into the second, but the Colts were able to prevent the Knights from tying the game again by keeping the rest of the game scoreless.

London goaltender Joseph Raaymakers made 18 saves out of 21 shots on net.

The Knights will look to bounce back on Friday when they take on the Sudbury Wolves at 7:05 p.m.
