Three men arrested after London home invasion

Three men are in custody after an armed home invasion in London's southwest end.

London police officers were called to a home on Upper Canada Crossing, near Southdale Road and Colonel Talbot Road, around 1:15 p.m. Wednesday. A caller to 9-1-1 reported that two men armed with weapons had forced their way into the home. When police arrived, the men got into a vehicle and took off.

Police followed the vehicle as it headed north. According to police, a cruiser was damaged by the fleeing vehicle. The three men in the vehicle got out and ran in the area of Wonderland Road and Proudfoot Lane. Several officers and cruisers responded and three men were arrested without incident.

Police said they are still investigating.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
