Charges laid in Perth South crash that claimed the lives of two children

A Kitchener man has been charged in connection with a crash that killed two children in Perth South on August 28 of last year.

The crash happened at the intersection of Perth Line 26 and Perth Road 122, just southwest of Stratford, and involved a minivan and SUV.

The 10-year-old from Cambridge and two-year-old from Kitchener who were killed in the crash, were in the van. The driver of the van, Mi-Kyung Park-Nadon, 39, of Kitchener, has been charged with failing to yield.

He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on a later date to speak to the charge.
