Pair threatened, robbed at gunpoint in Wortley Village

London police are looking for suspects after two people were held at gunpoint and robbed of more than $1,000 worth of marijuana.

The victims were in the area of Wortley Road, near Askin Street on Thursday afternoon when one of two men in the same area pointed a gun at them. The men threatened the victims before running away with the large amount of pot, police said.

No one was physically hurt during the robbery.

The first suspect is described as Hispanic, between 15 and 20 years old, approximately 5’8’’ tall, with a medium build, dark eyes and dark short curly hair. He was wearing dark clothing and oversized bright red shoes.

The second suspect is said to be black, between 15 and 20 years old, approximately 6’1’’ tall, with a slim build, a long face and loose dread lock styled hair. He was wearing dark clothing and a hooded sweater.
