Police warn of offender who is likely to target women

London police are warning the public about a high-risk offender they say is likely to commit sexual violence against women.

The London Police Service issued the warning about 56-year-old Ronald Kevin Fangrad on Thursday, and said he posses a high-risk of violence towards women, specifically sex trade workers and intimate partners.

He is described as a white male, 5'10” tall, 200 lbs, with blondish-gray hair that is balding at the top, a full grey beard and brown eye. He also wears glasses.

Police have released no further information about this offender or what prompted the warning.
