$60K worth of goods stolen from Roots store

Thieves made off with $60,000 worth of clothing and accessories during an early morning break-in at a northwest London store.

London police said the break-in happened at the Roots retail store at 1965 Hyde Park Rd. at around 3:15 a.m. on Wednesday.

Clothing, purses, and other accessories valued at approximately $60,000 were snatched during the incident.

The police street crime unit is investigating the theft and is asked anyone with information to call them at 519-661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
