Ilderton man claims $9M lotto prize

A man from Ilderton has over 9-million reasons to smile.

Zbigniew Zurawski of Ilderton won the $9,136,367.30 jackpot in last Saturday's Lotto 6/49 draw. He matched all six numbers to take the top prize.

Zurawski bought his lucky ticket at the Mobil on Oxford Street in London.

There is no word on what he plans to do with his winnings.

London had been abuzz since the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation announced on Monday that the winning ticket was purchased in the city.

The guaranteed $1 million prize for the same draw went to someone in Toronto.
