Police investigating east London death

London police are investigating after the death of a 33-year-old man found in medical distress in the east-end.

A 911 call about an assault led police and paramedics to a home on Hansuld Street, near Second Street around 9:30 pm. on Tuesday. A man was found in medical distress. He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The man's name and cause of death have not been released.

According to police, the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death is in its early stages.

As of Wednesday morning, no arrests have been made.
