Thomas Millar was located and is safe, London police announced Tuesday morning.
Police were concerned for Millar's welfare after he was last seen around 2:30 p.m. the previous day in the the area of Wellington Road and Commissioners Road.
Police are thanking the public for the help in locating Millar.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
