Man rescued from Thames River

London Rescue and Water team pulled a man with a possible broken leg from Thames River on Sunday.

The incident happened near Carfrae Dam.

He was transferred to Middlesex London Paramedic Service and taken to hospital.

The identity of the person has not yet been released.

The London Fire Department tells Blackburn News that the man was by himself and are not sure how the incident occurred.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
