Motorcyclist hurt in downtown crash

A two-vehicle crash in downtown London has left a motorcyclist with minor injuries.

Emergency crews were called to Wellington Street at Queens Avenue just before 6 a.m. on Friday after a motorcycle and a vehicle collided.

The bike was seen laying in the middle of the intersection following the crash.

Police closed one southbound lane on Wellington and the left lane on Queens while they investigated the cause of the crash. All lanes were reopened around 7:45 a.m.

There is no word on whether charges will be laid.
