Knife pulled on police officers

A London man is facing charges after a knife was pulled on police officers.

The London Police Service said on Monday at around 10:30 a.m., multiple officers were called to a disturbance on Base Line Road West where a man threatened the officers and pulled out a knife. The police Emergency Response Unit also attended the scene to help with the arrest.

No one was injured during the incident.

As a result of the incident, 27-year-old Luskalakwas Doxtator of London is charged with possession of a weapon, two counts of uttering threats and resisting arrest.  He is scheduled to appear in court on December 23 to answer the charges.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
