Man threatened with knife during robbery

Police in St. Thomas are looking for two suspects after an early morning robbery.

Police shortly before 4 a.m. Sunday a man was walking in the area of Mary Street and Talbot Street when he was approached by an unknown man and woman.

Words were exchanged between the three which led to the unknown man allegedly pulling out a small knife and threatening the victim.

The male suspect is described as being in his 30’s with a stubble beard, wearing a baseball cap with wide brim. The female is described as wearing a brown puffy coat, wearing a toque and knee-high boots.

The victim was uninjured in the incident.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
