Ronald Kostis was located and is safe, London police said early Wednesday morning.
Kostis hasn't been seen sincearound 2 p.m. on Monday when he was spotted in the area Connaught Avenue and Curry Street.
Police are thanking the public for their help in locating Kostis.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
