The London Knights are on a 10-game winning streak after defeating the Saginaw Spirit 7-3 on Friday.
Saginaw was ambitious, scoring two goals just shy of the 12-minute mark into the first period. Matvey Guskov scored the Knights' first goal at the end of first.
London kept it up throughout the second period. Billy Moskal had two assists helping the Knights succeed a 6-2 lead on the Spirit. Saginaw scored a third and final goal with just under two minutes left on the clock.
Guskov scored London its seventh goal early in the third period to cap off the win.
Despite the loss, the Spirit outshot London 34-29.
The Knights will be at home again Tuesday at 7 p.m. against the Guelph Storm.
