UPDATE: body found in park identified

London police say they have identified the body of a man that was found over the weekend.

According to police, the body of a man was found by a citizen in Mornington Park on Sunday. Police said the death does not appear to be suspicious in nature. Police went public Wednesday with a request for information from the public in hopes of determining who the man was.

Police announced on Thursday that they have identified the man. They do not consider his death to be suspicious.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled
