The transport truck was taken from the area of Devonshire Avenue and Industrial Avenue between 11 a.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday.
According to police, the big rig was loaded with an undisclosed number of 2020 Skidoo snowmobiles.
Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call police at 519-537-2323 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
