Aylmer police were notified about the alleged sexual assault last Monday. The incident is said to have taken place two months ago when the teen was at a house in Aylmer.
Police said the teen was with a man that was known to her when she was "inappropriately touched."
Following an investigation, a 22-year-old Dorchester man was arrested. He is charged with one count of sexual assault.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
