St. Bernard returned to owner after Woodstock dognapping

A woman and her St. Bernard have been reunited after a dognapping in Woodstock nearly two weeks ago.

Woodstock police began searching for the furry pup named Benny after he was snatched on October 17.

On Wednesday, police tweeted that Benny had been found.

"Constable McMillan located him [and] we were able to reunite this adorable fluffball with his family," the tweet said.

The post included a picture of Benny in his owner's arms while getting an ear scratch from McMillian.
