Two charged in $97K drug bust

London police say two people are facing charges after officers seized nearly $100,000 dollars worth of drugs.

Officers raided a home on Singleton Avenue on Wednesday and seized the following:

159 grams of fentanyl, value $47,700 148 grams of cocaine, value $14,800 125 grams of crack cocaine, value of $12,500 35 grams of crystal methamphetamine, value of $3,500 A variety of pills (Hydromorphone, Oxycodone, Morphine, Dilaudid, Lorazepam), value $19,240 2 digital scales One round of .22 calibre ammunition Currency bill counter $1270.00 in cash

A 39-year-old man from London and a 24-year-old woman from Brampton are each charged with possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking. The man is also charged with failing to comply with an undertaking.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
