Police issue public safety warning after man charged twice

London police have issued a public safety alert after a man was charged with criminal harassment twice in one week.

On Tuesday, a woman was working inside the LCBO store at Wonderland Road South and Southdale Road West when she was approached by a man. Police say the suspect made inappropriate comments towards the employee and followed her around until she retreated to the store's office and waited until he left.

Police were contacted and the man was arrested the following day.

The accused, 32-year-old Juan Felipe Carrillo of London, has been charged with criminal harassment by repeated following and an indecent act. He was also charged on Monday after he allegedly followed a young woman in his car near Western University.

Carrillo is described as approximately 5'10", 210 lbs, with brown eyes, long black curly hair, often worn in a bun on top of his head.

He appeared in court on Thursday and was released with another court date of May 3.
