AUDIO: London MPP reacts to government's paid sick day program

London West MPP Peggy Sattler tabled the first piece of paid sick day legislation during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Her bill was shot down, and months later, in the face of pressure from medical and labour advocacy groups, Labour Minister Monte McMaughton announced the government's own plan.

Peggy Sattler spoke to Blackburn News Podcast host Craig Needles to share her thoughts on what the government proposed on Wednesday.
