Man hurt in weekend shooting in east London

An investigation is underway after a man showed up to London hospital suffering from a gunshot wound.

The 37-year-old man arrived at hospital with the minor, non-life-threatening wound around 6:20 a.m. on Saturday.

It is alleged the shooting happened on Crumlin Sideroad north of Dundas Street.

No other details about the incident have been released.

"The investigation is in its early stages, and more information may be provided as appropriate at a later time," London police said on Tuesday.
