London man turns a buck into $100K

A London man's choice to play Encore helped him take home a six-figure lottery win.

According to OLG, Leroy Rickwood of London, said yes to an extra $1 to play Encore on his Lottario ticket in May which led him to a $100,000 prize in the May 22 draw.

Rickwood purchased his winning ticket at the Quik Stop Variety on Colborne Street in London.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, OLG is booking prize collection appointments only for those who require an in-person interview.
