Stabbing in London's southeast end under investigation

The London Police Service is investigating a stabbing in the city's southeast end.

Police say there were called to the area of Southdale Road East and Millbank Drive at 3:15 a.m. Sunday for a report of an injured person.

When officers arrived, they found the man suffering from serious injuries as a result of a stabbing.

The victim was transported to the hospital where he remains in life-threatening condition.

Police say the incident has been reassigned to the major crime section for further investigation.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
