Youth charged after double stabbing in north London

Two people were takent to hospital and a youth in police custody after a double stabbing in north London.

London police were called about the stabbing on Fanshawe Park Road East around 9 p.m. Thursday.

Officers arrived on scene to find two people suffering from non-life threatening stab wounds. They were taken to hospital for treatment and later released. A youth was arrested without incident, police said.

The youth is charged with two counts of aggravated assault.

Police are asking anyone with information about this incident to call them at 519 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
