The Woodstock Police Service said 37-year-old Janos Pocsai was last seen on Friday in Kitchener.
He is known to frequent the Waterloo, London, and Toronto areas.
A description has not been provided but a picture of Pocasi can be seen above.
Anyone with information regarding this man's whereabouts is asked to call police at 519-537-2323 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
